Extraction Table for Grinding, Welding and Bonding Work
During grinding, welding and bonding of workpieces, dusts and fumes are generated that can be harmful to health.
To reduce the exposure to humans from these dusts and fumes to a minimum, we offer a work table with extraction via cartridge filter.

Our cartridge filters are available in several performance levels, exemplified here with KF-20 operated as extraction for our work table with dimensions 2,100 x 900 x 1,800 mm:

Versions in other dimensions and for other dust types are always possible, as shown in the following image. In this case, the work table was extended with a viewing window. Additionally, the WALTER cartridge filter used has an increased extraction capacity compared to the model shown above.

Operating Principle
The filter extracts the dust-laden air in the work area of the table downward through a grid and removes the dust from the extracted air.
The cleaned exhaust air can be discharged outside or returned to the room.
The cartridge filter is automatically self-cleaning, enabling almost maintenance-free and uninterrupted 24-hour operation.
The separated dusts are collected in a drawer in the cartridge filter and can thus be easily disposed of.
To reduce the noise level, the cartridge filter is equipped with a sound-insulating hood.
