Applications
Welded pipelines are used in air handling systems (process air) for conveying air (including dust-laden) without the addition of aggressive vapors or wear-promoting solids. They are used in the areas of ventilation, extraction, dust removal, exhaust air cleaning or flue gas cleaning.
We are happy to assist with the planning/design of pipe systems and material selection. The material grade to be used, pipe length, wall thickness, requirements for welding technology/surface treatment etc. are generally based on the respective purpose of use and are to be agreed between buyer and supplier on an order-by-order basis.

Pipes and pipe fittings for process air technology according to DIN 24151 or DIN EN 1506 for pressure stages from -2500 Pa to +6300 Pa.
Welded ducts and fittings according to DIN 24190/91 or DIN EN 1505 for pressure stages from -2500 Pa to +6300 Pa.
For pipe components DIN 24151 / 24147, flat flanges according to DIN 24154 Series II (Part II), Series 5 or angle flanges according to DIN 24155 (edition 1966) can be used. Or special flanges according to your wishes.

Pipe Connection Variants
Connection with Welded Flanges
Flat or angle flanges are permanently welded to the pipe ends - standard from the back side. On request, the flanges can also be additionally welded from the inside.
Sealing Options
For sealing, we offer a sealing cord that is glued to the flange. In addition, we offer suitably perforated flat gaskets that cover the entire flange profile.
Application Area
- For oil mist-laden air
- For hot exhaust gases
- For vertical or longer-running pipelines where tightness and stability are required.

Connection with Loose Flanges Behind Bead
The pipe ends are beaded about 10 mm wide. The flanges remain rotatable so that the components can be aligned more easily during assembly.
Sealing Options
For sealing, we offer a sealing cord that is glued to the bead.

The double-sided beading shortens the nominal length of the pipes by 20 mm. Example: A pipe with a nominal length of 3000 mm then has an installation length L of 2980 mm. When ordering fixed lengths, the exact installation dimension must be specified.
Connection with Clamping Rings
The pipe ends are beaded 6 mm wide. The connection is made by means of a clamping ring pulled over the beads of two pipe ends.
Sealing Options
For sealing, we offer a bead sealing ring that is pulled over a bead. The clamping ring is then tightened.
Application Area
- For quick assembly of pipelines with small diameters. To avoid the risk of sagging, adequate support of the pipe components must be ensured.

- Wall thickness 1.5 to 2.0 mm

Weld Connection
The pipe ends remain smooth and are butt-welded on site.
Application Area
- Primarily for parts that need to be adapted on site.
Combination of Different Connection Types
We manufacture individual components according to your wishes, e.g., one pipe end with flange, the other pipe end smooth, etc.
